Execution & Enablement Associate APAC

3-5 years of experience in payments, fintech, or partnerships/operations enablement roles. Strong network of partnerships with local acquirers, processors, FinTech companies. Strong understanding of payment methods, processors, and local payment ecosystems in APAC. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. Analytical mindset with attention to operational detail. Clear communicator, proactive problem solver, and self-starter comfortable with ambiguity.

Serve as key contact for enabling new payment methods and capabilities in APAC. Work with partners and internal teams for timely enablement and testing of payment processors. Ensure credential requests and onboarding for new merchants and partners are within SLAs. Analyze local/regional mandates for operational and business impacts. Ensure changes are communicated and implemented across countries. Support internal communication of regional mandates and maintain centralized logs. Validate enhancement estimates and assess operational impact of new features. Monitor processor performance and risk appetite across markets. Track implementation timelines and ensure alignment between global and local execution. Maintain CRM and internal tracking systems. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ops for new payment feature rollouts. Act as bridge between strategic planning and operational readiness. Support business continuity and issue escalation processes.
