Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Greet clients over the phone with professionalism and a friendly attitude Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries Conduct initial client intake by collecting and recording required information Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into consultations or signed cases Schedule and manage appointments using the firm’s scheduling system Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary client documentation is complete and accurate Work closely with the legal team to provide a seamless client experience Keep the reception area organized, professional, and inviting Manage the firm’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram): create and post content, reply to messages, and engage with followers Collaborate with the marketing team and/or attorney to develop and run paid ads or promotional campaigns
