Senior Accountant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of relevant accounting experience Proficiency with MS Excel is required Able to apply knowledge of US GAAP Experience supporting SOX controls Self-starter, able to work effectively and autonomously Strong organizational and verbal / written communication skills Proven critical thinking capability Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail CPA or progress toward CPA preferred Proficiency with NetSuite (bonus) IPO and audit experience (bonus)

Manage and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain and improve the integrity of the general ledger and financial records Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing accounting policies and procedures to support SOX compliance and IPO readiness Partner with the FP&A team to reconcile financial results Prepare management reports and variance analyses Support external audits Identify and implement process improvements Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives Support AP operations Own daily cash operations and bank reconciliations
