Assessing, designing, developing, and executing quarterly enablement program calendars for SLG. Coordinating and hosting SLG huddles and team trainings, and supporting offsite event planning. Disseminating timely business news and information across multiple functions and teams. Reinforcing Sandler sales methodology through training, call reviews, and reporting. Partnering with Product and Product Marketing to drive product release readiness and deliver ongoing feature training. Identifying competitive landscape shifts and sharing up-to-date training on competitors. Supporting the drafting and communication of operational, structural, and functional changes.
