Requirements:
Experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and project management abilities, especially in managing events, programs, and communications. Ability to interpret and design training programs and reinforce sales methodologies. Experience with reporting, tracking training impact, and using reporting tools. Comfort learning, leveraging, or evaluating new tools to optimize workflows. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in SaaS or sales enablement roles is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Building ongoing relationships with SLG Leaders, Velocity and Enterprise AEs, and Customer Success team members. Assessing, designing, developing, and executing quarterly enablement program calendars for SLG. Coordinating and hosting SLG huddles and team trainings, and supporting offsite event planning. Disseminating timely business news and information across multiple functions and teams. Reinforcing Sandler sales methodology through training, call reviews, and reporting. Partnering with Product and Product Marketing to drive product release readiness and deliver ongoing feature training. Identifying competitive landscape shifts and sharing up-to-date training on competitors. Supporting the drafting and communication of operational, structural, and functional changes.
