Lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and ever-boarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams. Develop change management, rollout, training, and certification / QA programs for new initiatives. Manage onboarding for Sales and Account Management teams end-to-end. Collaborate with Sales / Account Management leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams. Manage content and collateral across the LMS, Google Drive, and other repositories. Define and track KPIs related to the effectiveness and impact of enablement initiatives.
