Requirements:
8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or similar GTM enablement / training function at a large organization OR 5+ years related experience in management consulting 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B sales or account management role with a track record of success Knowledge of B2B Sales required Experience in health insurance strongly preferred Bachelors degree required Willingness to dive in and solve problems in ambiguous or murky situations Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
Responsibilities:
Lead comprehensive enablement, change-management, and ever-boarding programs for Sales and Account Management teams. Develop change management, rollout, training, and certification / QA programs for new initiatives. Manage onboarding for Sales and Account Management teams end-to-end. Collaborate with Sales / Account Management leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams. Manage content and collateral across the LMS, Google Drive, and other repositories. Define and track KPIs related to the effectiveness and impact of enablement initiatives.
