Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements. Development of templates, policies and procedures and other aspects of legal operations. Dispute resolution and litigation. Identifying legal and business risks and providing strategic, practical and creative legal and business advice. Work on projects including corporate governance, IP, marketing reviews, data privacy, product counseling, employment and more.
