Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets in a SaaS software company (especially in expense management, ERP-adjacent, or financial SaaS contexts) Strong hunter profile, used to working under pressure, with high outbound activity Experience in selling to financial or operations teams (finance, expense, procurement) Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities Strong pipeline management skills and ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently Based in Brazil Working proficiency in Portuguese Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
