5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience with a focus on growing consumption. Prior experience in Big Data, Consumption, Cloud, SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise IT Solutions. Previous sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger). Experience leading and executing complex sales strategies for revenue growth. Consistent track record of overachieving and hitting quota attainment. Ability to articulate and sell business value. Experience developing and improving processes and managing change. Exceptional relationship-building, customer relations, and negotiation skills. Open to travel to customer locations as needed. BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
