Technical Consultant, Global Health

At least 5 years of relevant experience in global health for federal clients, ideally within the Department of State and/or USAID. Deep familiarity with U.S. Department of State and/or former USAID global health programs, particularly those under the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD). Demonstrated experience developing or managing technical solutions for federal contracts in global health security domains. Exceptional writing and communication skills, with prior experience leading technical writing for federal proposals. Proven ability to work independently in high-stakes, deadline-driven environments.

Lead the development of the technical approach and solution design for a U.S. government program related to global health security. Refine technical proposal content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with government priorities and terminology. Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for evaluation by technical and non-technical reviewers. Collaborate with subject matter experts and capture team members to integrate cross-cutting themes such as innovation, risk management, and operational support. Provide strategic insight into evolving trends in global health security.
