Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 7 years’ experience; Master's Degree with 6 years’ experience; PhD with 2 years’ experience. 3+ years’ experience working with large, enterprise level IT systems ideally within the life sciences industry. Work experience with Enterprise Document Management, Learning Management, and/or Product Labeling systems is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Seek out strategic business opportunities with business unit leaders. Provide advice, assistance, and leadership in planning, procurement, and management of information systems. Analyze business processes, elicit requirements, and recommend technology solutions. Translate business requirements into functional requirements and perform data/process modeling. Lead technical analysis and evaluation for feature delivery. Identify and communicate business process improvement opportunities enabled by technology. Develop information management strategies integrated with business strategy. Identify, propose, and lead significant improvement programs. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Evaluate alternative technology solutions. Develop and lead information systems strategy. Conduct training on new BTS solutions. Build business relationships and manage client relationships. Broker services within BTS and coordinate solutions. Establish and maintain relationships with BTS and external partners. Own and deliver technical project delivery in partnership with QA BTS. Own BTS platform responsibilities including Risk Management, AppCoE, and Infrastructure support. Drive strategic vendor relationships. Manage technical and business system analyst contractors, project managers, and project team members.
