Requirements:
5-7+ years experience in partnership or channel management with large Professional Services Firms. Deep understanding of the Professional Services sector (business models, HR/Finance challenges). Established network in the Professional Services sector is a strong plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Strong research capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Identify and establish strategic referral partnerships with senior leaders in PSFs. Drive client referrals by closing deals with partners. Nurture partnerships focusing on joint account planning and co-selling. Develop collaborative thought-leadership initiatives (webinars, events, content). Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to grow channel referrals. Communicate clearly, set expectations, and deliver with professional rigor. Organize and manage campaigns targeting PSF client pain points. Train and enable partner teams on Vensure's solutions. Work directly with stakeholders across sales, marketing, legal, and finance.
