Professional Service Engineer Lead

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field. 3 years or more of experience in database technical support or related roles. Proficiency in operational mechanisms and management of relational databases (MySQL/Oracle). Experience with NoSQL, NewSQL, or related technologies is a plus. Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems. Understanding of common database business system architectures. Strong experience in troubleshooting and handling major faults. Strong ability to learn quickly and excellent problem analysis and resolution skills. Ability to work in a multi-threaded environment and handle urgent situations proactively. Excellent communication skills, strong work responsibility, and collaborative spirit.

Lead implementation and deployment of database solutions at client sites. Configure databases, optimize performance, and manage data migration. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. Engage with clients to understand business objectives and technical requirements. Provide expert guidance on database architecture and best practices. Create comprehensive documentation for clients. Record key issues to improve products and support experiences. Work with TAM, Pre-Sales, Support, and RD teams for customer success.
