- Actively source and screen qualified candidates using materials and guidance provided by Dexis.
- Share screening notes, résumés, and candidate recommendations with Dexis for review.
- Communicate any insights or intelligence shared by candidates to the Dexis team.
- Support interview scheduling and coordination, as needed.
- Maintain and regularly update a recruitment tracker with candidate status and progress.
- Participate in interviews of top candidates alongside Dexis staff.
- With Dexis' input and approval, negotiate salary expectations and benefits with preferred candidates.
- It may be necessary to attend check-ins with the wider program management team.
- Submit a summary of hours worked and activities completed at the end of each week.
