Bachelor's or Master's degree and excellent academic record 4+ years of consulting experience in an established strategic/management consulting organization Strong Life Sciences background with interest in the Quality value chain or R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Safety Experience delivering consulting engagements in Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Understanding of technologies used in Quality, ideally Veeva’s platforms Understanding of business capabilities and drivers for digital technology in health and life sciences Proven analytical skills Problem-solving mindset Demonstrated leadership of others Highly efficient project management skills Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and establish credibility Strong personal impact and ability to influence and persuade Effective communicator verbally and written, in English Ability to travel roughly up to 25%

Lead Quality projects as the operational face of a Veeva Quality Consulting team Manage all aspects of delivery including scope, quality, resources, risks, and timelines Design, build, and deliver project deliverables Identify and proactively solve client problems Serve as a trusted client contact for strategic and operational questions Manage team member work and priorities Support and mentor Consultants and Associates Bring industry, market, and functional insight to clients Lead business development opportunities and proposals Develop and disseminate thought leadership
