Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst, Life Sciences

Minimum of 10 years of business/process analysis experience within information management consulting. Experience with validated systems implementations and business solution deployments leveraging enterprise content services platforms. Demonstrated project management skills. Superior conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional virtual teams. Experience in Regulatory Information Management (RIM) is preferred. Experience with Documentum/Generis/Veeva Vault/IT and/or migration projects is required. Self-motivated and directed.

Lead project management and business analysis activities for Life Sciences projects. Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications. Support business technology and migration consulting projects, primarily in Regulatory Affairs. Gather business and functional requirements and facilitate workshops. Drive user adoption through training and change management. Document content and data migration transformation mapping rules. Support validation and user acceptance testing.
