5–10 years of experience practicing law, ideally in a SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or global services environment Proven expertise in international B2B contract negotiation Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) Strong working knowledge of international data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, etc.) Experience in international employment law across multiple jurisdictions Licensed to practice law in Dominican Republic, Mexico, Canada, or another relevant jurisdiction
