Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 2-4 years experience in a contract department, corporate secretarial function, or international law firm.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and legal/regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent contracts drafting skills.
- Effective AI prompts writing skills.
- Ability to identify risks and provide business-aligned solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive approach and dedication to work.

Responsibilities
- Advise commercial, technology, and HR teams on legal issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with counterparties.
- Prepare and negotiate term sheets and draft final agreements.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle.
- Guide internal teams on standard document use.
- Maintain contract repository and power of attorney database.
- Prepare management reports on contract activity.
- Perform quality control reviews of legal documentation.
- Ensure legal steps within business processes are completed.
- Provide support to other legal teams as requested.
