Requirements
- Two completed legal state exams or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience as a generalist in-house counsel.
- Deep knowledge in corporate and IT law.
- Experience in technology or e-commerce companies preferred.
- Strong risk awareness and social competence.
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools in the legal sector, including workflow implementation.
- Excellent English language skills.
- High level of precision and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues concisely.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in advising on compliance, legal, and data protection.
- Act as the primary contact for employees and management regarding legal inquiries.
- Monitor legal developments and develop solutions to meet company requirements.
- Conduct contract negotiations and manage relationships with external law firms and authorities.
- Provide legal guidance for business models and ongoing projects, ensuring compliance from inception.
- Report directly to the Head of Legal.
