Job Details

Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with the ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
Strong AI fluency with a clear point of view on transforming risk operations and compliance workflows through automation.
Seasoned Product Manager experience with a track record on platform, API, or products for operational teams.
Platform mindset focused on scalability and systems that others can extend without manual overhead.
Strong UX sensibilities, ensuring admin and customer-facing tools are effective and easy to use.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills for partnering with compliance, engineering, design, and treasury.
Data-driven decision-making, including comfort querying data and using visualization tools.
Ability to make high-stakes strategic and tactical product decisions.
Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
Nice to have: Experience with risk/compliance platforms and third-party screening or fraud detection tooling.

Drive the strategy for evaluating, scoring, and mitigating credit risk, evolving models and tooling to be more automated.
Own fraud controls, freeze mechanisms, and dispute workflows, building proactive detection and prevention strategies.
Manage end-to-end onboarding compliance, including KYB verification, AML screening, and background checks.
Build flexible, platform-oriented systems that operations teams can configure without engineering involvement.
Partner with Collections and Treasury on risk reserves, payment blocks, and enforcement actions.
Lead a product team to deliver high throughput and high ROI while tracking KPIs like automation rates and false-positive reduction.
