Mobile User Acquisition Manager - Zenhotels
  • Launch, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across major mobile channels, including Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, and various in-app networks
  • Take ownership of app unit economics; analyze key metrics, calculate, and continuously optimize LTV, CAC, and user retention indicators
  • Distribute and manage user acquisition budgets effectively relative to revenue goals
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and lower acquisition costs
  • Test and iterate creatives based on performance data, collaborating closely with design teams to produce high-converting assets
  • Monitor daily campaign performance against key KPIs; prepare regular reports and conduct in-depth research jointly with data analysts
  • Analyze competitors to understand market dynamics and proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and app conversion rates
  • Control and oversee the performance of external agencies and third-party vendors
