Proven experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Google Merchant Center) Strong understanding of SEM strategies (planning, execution, optimization, reporting) Exposure to supporting clients across different industries Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics Experience running Google Ads professionally for 3+ years for several different industries Familiarity with native analytics tools and GA4 (advantageous) Experience with Meta Ads (advantageous) Familiarity with optimization tools and Shopify (nice to have) Analytical and creative thinking skills Inquisitive and hungry for knowledge
