- Source candidates manually on LinkedIn based on defined client or role criteria
- Manage and update job postings — including closing and reposting active listings on LinkedIn
- Maintain and monitor accurate records of candidates, job listings, and hiring progress in tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Workable)
- Assist in screening candidate profiles through LinkedIn and Workable, and organizing shortlists for the MRM’s review
- Support the Marketing Recruitment Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks
- Contribute to maintaining an organized workflow for recruitment operations and internal documentation
- Help with talent onboarding and answering inquiries
