2-3 years of experience in a social media marketing role Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other social platforms Experience with social media analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) Experience with light video editing (short form and long form) Strong copywriting and editing skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
