Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a data or growth analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, GA4).
- Understanding of product funnels, experimentation frameworks, and growth metrics.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Comfort working cross-functionally.
- Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
Responsibilities
- Analyze product, marketing, and user data for growth opportunities.
- Support experimentation by designing and evaluating A/B tests.
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
- Collaborate with teams to develop hypotheses and measure impact.
- Assist in developing segmentation strategies and reporting frameworks.
