Job Details

Have 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Bring a strong technical background and solid system analysis experience.
Have experience working closely with data engineering teams.
Understand data architecture concepts, including data lakes and data warehouses.
Have hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis and investigation.
Have experience analyzing, documenting, managing, and prioritizing business and system requirements.
Understand Business Analysis practices, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be autonomous and proactive.
Have strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to manage challenging stakeholder relationships.
Have an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English.
Fintech or financial services experience is desirable.
Blockchain project experience is desirable.
Experience working in international, distributed teams is desirable.

Set up and improve requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation processes.
Create clear, standards-compliant project specifications.
Communicate with product stakeholders, support feature prioritization, and manage requested changes.
Represent stakeholders as a proxy product owner and coordinate communication with the development team.
Facilitate Scrum events and support effective collaboration.
Resolve blockers or escalate them promptly.
Create and maintain project documentation, including diagrams of solution workflows.
