Have at least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Have end-to-end ownership experience with production software across the stack.
Have hands-on experience taking LLM features to production, including architecture, tool-calling, retrieval, evaluation, and testing of AI systems.
Have experience shipping with React, Next.js, Supabase, and Python.
Be familiar with agent or voice tooling such as Pipecat, LangChain, LiveKit, or equivalent tools.
Have strong system design fundamentals, including streaming, concurrency, SQL, and reasoning about scale and cost.
Have experience with production observability and deployment rollouts.
Use AI coding assistants regularly and verify their output carefully.
Voice or real-time systems experience, early-stage engineering experience, complex tool-use systems, or substantial open-source and personal projects are valuable.

Scope problems with customers, build across the stack, deploy features, and monitor their production performance.
Develop voice and email agents, including speech pipelines, LLM orchestration, and deterministic safeguards for prices, terms, and actions.
Create evaluation systems using golden datasets, regression checks, hallucination testing, and tool-call correctness checks.
Build retrieval and matching systems with embeddings and reranking, balancing cost, latency, and scale.
Instrument production systems and use observability and rollout strategies to operate software reliably.
