Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an Equity Administration role. Solid working knowledge of benefits compliance and compensation principles (e.g., FLSA, IRS regulations, SOX, Section 409A). Hands-on experience with HRIS and equity management systems (e.g., Workday, Carta, Shareworks, Equity Edge, Fidelity). Exceptional Excel and data modeling skills. Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio). Highly analytical mindset paired with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities:
Administer company's equity programs including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs. Manage new hires/terminations in the equity administration platform. Prepare and distribute grant agreements. Process new equity grants, exercises, vesting, and cancellations. Maintain accurate records of equity transactions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international securities laws. Prepare and file SEC filings as required. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding equity grants. Provide training and resources to employees on equity programs. Manage and maintain equity management platforms. Maintain cap table in the equity platform. Perform system reconciliations with payroll, HRIS, and finance systems. Generate regular reports on equity activity. Partner with Legal, HR, Finance, and Payroll teams. Support Finance in calculating stock-based compensation expense. Provide data and analysis for board meetings. Develop and implement best practices for equity plan administration. Analyze, design, and support compensation programs and processes. Conduct global compensation market research. Support the administration of employee benefits programs. Partner with brokers and benefits vendors. Assist with benefits communications and employee education initiatives. Perform benefits audits and maintain compliance. Build and maintain compensation, benefits, and equity dashboards and reporting tools. Generate actionable insights from HR data.
