8+ years in Total Rewards leadership Deep expertise in compensation design, governance, and global scaling Experience supporting Compensation Committees and executive compensation processes Proven track record of executing at both strategic and operational levels Strong business orientation Exceptional communication skills Global experience and familiarity with regional compliance frameworks (especially EU pay transparency) strongly preferred IPO or pre-IPO experience is a strong plus Experience leading rewards strategy in a remote-first, high-growth tech environment (bonus) Familiarity with Cribl’s tech stack or industry peers (bonus) Strong data acumen (bonus)
Responsibilities:
Lead Compensation Committee preparation Own EU Pay Transparency strategy Lay groundwork to implement Workday Advanced Compensation Work with Senior Benefit Manager to implement new Benefit Broker and technology solutions Scale and evolve global compensation and benefits strategy Design and manage equitable, competitive compensation structures Maintain and refine job architecture, leveling frameworks, and compensation governance Collaborate to deliver competitive offers and total rewards strategies Lead and mentor a growing team across compensation and benefits functions
