Engineering at EarnIn

You will tackle complex scaling challenges, designing robust features for millions of users. Engineers break down intricate problems into elegant solutions, writing high-quality, maintainable code. The team collaborates across data science, design, product, and marketing. You will work with continuous integration and delivery tools, ensuring rapid development. They utilize modern languages like C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, and Scala. Experience with various databases including DynamoDB, MySQL, and ElasticSearch is key. You will build and deliver thoughtfully crafted REST APIs for seamless client-backend interactions. Expertise in microservices architecture and Kubernetes is a strong plus. EarnIn encourages leveraging AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot. You debug production issues across a distributed systems infrastructure. This role provides an opportunity to drive technical direction and mentor other engineers.
