Requirements:
Previous experience of at least 12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment. Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound. Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability. Fluent in English (level B2 or equivalent).
Responsibilities:
Generate opportunities from priority accounts. Create business opportunities for UK Account Executives. Qualify inbound leads. Pitch the product to interested prospects. Detect customer pain points and understand their context. Evangelize collaborative learning. Present the 360Learning value proposition. Partner with marketing to improve lead quality. Bring innovative lead generation ideas. Research trends and best practices for engagement. Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform. Share knowledge with the organization. Involved in onboarding new team members.
