Requirements:
Track record of success as an established software engineer Experience in a leadership position leading multiple teams and Engineering Managers Ability to keep up in technical conversations and guide teams Experience working in an agile environment Effective written and oral communication Thoughtful and effective approach to performance management Experience using developer AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) Public cloud experience, preferably with AWS Comfort with budgets and managing cloud spend Experience leading 3+ teams as a manager of managers (Highly Desired) Operations experience (Highly Desired)
