Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as an engineering manager at a start-up in a remote engineering team environment.
- Desire to be part of the entire project development process.
- Great written and verbal communication skills for expressing ideas in a mostly-asynchronous manner.
Responsibilities
- Spend at least one third of time coding and building new product.
- Manage and scale the engineering team and best practices.
- Work and communicate with a team in a remote environment.
- Conduct regular 1-1s and help unblock engineers.
- Manage a hiring pipeline and conduct technical interviews.
