Requirements:
1+ years of experience as an engineering manager at a start-up in a remote engineering team environment. Desire to be part of the entire project development process. Great written and verbal communication skills for expressing ideas in a mostly-asynchronous manner.
Responsibilities:
Spend at least one third of time coding and building new product. Manage and scale the engineering team and best practices. Work and communicate with a team in a remote environment. Conduct regular 1-1s and help unblock engineers. Manage a hiring pipeline and conduct technical interviews. Conduct code reviews and aid engineers in releasing new features.
