Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement programs and applications based on customer needs.
- Prototype applications, conduct tests, and perform code reviews.
- Debug, test, improve, and redesign existing software.
- Work with customer service and quality analysis teams to optimize products and keep software up to date.
- Provide customers with technical support from application start-up through the warranty period, including software updates and installs.
- Analyze customer needs and problems and recommend solutions to the engineering team.
- Generate ideas for software products that address gaps in the market.
