Requirements
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience in SaaS
- Experience in e-commerce or martech is ideal
- Strong writing skills to translate technical capabilities into customer value
- Analytical and customer-obsessed
- Skilled at turning insights into action
- Comfortable leading GTM efforts and working cross-functionally
- Experience with Shopify brands, DTC founders, or e-commerce platforms is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Own positioning and messaging for new and existing product features
- Partner with Product and Engineering to launch new features and own the GTM process
- Develop competitive insights and articulate differentiated value
- Create and maintain product collateral
- Conduct and synthesize customer and market research
- Support Sales and Success teams with enablement tools and product training
- Collaborate with Growth and Lifecycle teams to fuel campaigns
- Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all channels
