Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience in SaaS
  • Experience in e-commerce or martech is ideal
  • Strong writing skills to translate technical capabilities into customer value
  • Analytical and customer-obsessed
  • Skilled at turning insights into action
  • Comfortable leading GTM efforts and working cross-functionally
  • Experience with Shopify brands, DTC founders, or e-commerce platforms is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for new and existing product features
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to launch new features and own the GTM process
  • Develop competitive insights and articulate differentiated value
  • Create and maintain product collateral
  • Conduct and synthesize customer and market research
  • Support Sales and Success teams with enablement tools and product training
  • Collaborate with Growth and Lifecycle teams to fuel campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all channels
