Develop creative strategies including scripts, hooks, angles, and storyboards for ads. Review and QA ad content — distinguish strong ads from weak ones with confidence. Collaborate with editors, designers and creators, giving detailed, constructive feedback. Stay ahead of TikTok, Meta, and DTC creative trends, proactively recommending new concepts. Attend weekly team syncs and be reachable during core hours (9–5 CDT). Work closely with the founder and strategist team to ensure creative strategy ties directly to performance metrics.
