Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers. Partner with Revenue and internal teams to align creative strategy with account strategies. Design narratives and presentations to showcase creative insights and strategies. Manage customer and internal expectations through regular updates. Leverage internal resources for transparency and alignment. Manage projects autonomously, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Coordinate ad production deliverables with internal design teams and client stakeholders. Identify areas for process improvement or tooling. Contribute to playbooks and knowledge-sharing for premium strategies. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Share insights, case studies, and customer wins with the broader team. Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to internal enablement efforts.
