Chief Lending Officer

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred) Minimum of 20 years of experience in credit originations or banking At least 5 years in a senior lending or credit leadership role Proven track record of developing and executing successful lending strategies Demonstrated success in managing diverse loan portfolios and driving growth in commercial and real estate lending Strong understanding of lending regulations, risk management practices, and audit/examination processes Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performance teams Strong communication skills

Develop and execute lending strategies Manage department's performance metrics, KPIs, budget, and financial forecasts Identify new lending opportunities and grow loan production Oversee and manage the loan portfolio Ensure lending activities meet all regulatory requirements Provide day-to-day leadership for all assigned functions Lead, mentor, and develop the lending leadership team Participate in the Loan Committee and review loan applications Provide oversight of problem loans
