Chief Financial Officer

15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles; at least 5 years at the executive level Demonstrated experience supporting a company through its path to commercialization Background in autonomous systems, robotics, advanced mobility, SaaS, deep-tech, or other complex engineering environments is strongly preferred Experience managing large-scale R&D budgets ($250M+) Proven capital markets, investor relations, and fundraising expertise Experience leading in pre-revenue or early-commercialization environments Strong understanding of multi-state U.S. and Canadian financial and compliance requirements Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic modeling skills

Shape and execute enterprise financial strategy Provide data-driven insights for decision-making Lead and develop a high-performing finance organization Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling Build scalable financial systems and processes Oversee accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and internal controls Support capital raise, debt management, and partnership creation Communicate commercial strategy and financial outlook Model unit economics, cost of commercialization, and pricing frameworks
