- Manage the schedule of the Executive Director and other executive team members.
- Coordinate meetings for team members, consultants, and advisory bodies.
- Take meeting notes and track key follow-up items.
- Manage logistics for in-person and virtual meetings and events.
- Support travel planning, including booking air travel and hotels, and assist with expense reports.
- Support onboarding for new staff, vendors, and consultants.
- Communicate with the Board of Directors, Advisory Committee, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organizational documents and manage internal project management and tracking tools.
