Lead and mentor test engineers responsible for vehicle-level test case development and reporting.
Partner with systems engineering, software development, and test operations to establish verification and validation priorities.
Ensure requirement verifiability.
Drive scenario-based testing methods to scale coverage across the operational design domain.
Ensure the suitability and continuous improvement of vehicle test platforms and toolchains.
Manage test budgets, schedules, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent vehicle programs.
Prioritize testing using upstream test results to address risks.
Communicate test status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and represent the vehicle test organization in program and safety case reviews and audits.
Coordinate software tool qualification processes and stay current on emerging V&V technologies for autonomous driving.
