8+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client services. At least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the gaming industry. Expertise in XDev, co-development, and production. Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams. Strong background in client relationship management and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow the Account Management team. Define job levels, responsibilities, and development roadmaps for Account Managers. Oversee strategic client relationships. Collaborate with internal departments. Drive operational excellence through effective resource planning, forecasting, and contract management. Monitor financial performance across accounts. Support studio growth by identifying opportunities to increase capacity and billable headcount. Provide regular reporting to leadership on client portfolio health, studio performance, and pipeline.
