Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role Strong experience supporting remote and international teams Solid understanding of HR operations, contracts, and compliance for contractors Experience working with HRIS tools and documentation systems High level of organisation and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment Comfortable partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams Experience in tech, SaaS, or e-commerce environments is a strong plus
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for a global remote team Own onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation Support payroll coordination and contractor compliance Act as a first point of contact for employee questions Assist with performance review cycles Support hiring operations Help define, document, and improve HR policies and processes Ensure compliance with labor regulations Support company culture initiatives
