3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role Strong experience supporting remote and international teams Solid understanding of HR operations, contracts, and compliance for contractors Experience working with HRIS tools and documentation systems High level of organisation and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment Comfortable partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams Experience in tech, SaaS, or e-commerce environments is a strong plus
