Requirements

  • HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business
  • Regional HR experience within Latin America (Brazil and/or Mexico is a plus)
  • Understanding of local labor laws, competitive awareness and insights
  • Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on involvement in daily HR routines
  • Experience mentoring and developing others
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in working in a remote first organization
  • Able to leverage data to make informed decisions
  • Fluent in business English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year

Responsibilities

  • Deliver precise and compliant HR operations
  • Interact with Americas HR Manager and Global Head of HR
  • Manage HR processes like talent development and performance assessments
  • Work with managers on performance management and rewards
  • Partner with HRIS team for operational processes
  • Coach and advise people managers on employee relations
  • Support delivery of training and development programs
  • Establish trusted partnership with the business
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Design new policies and deliver HR projects globally
