Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment or people operations.
- Have advanced English.
- Have experience with high-volume recruitment.
- Be able to manage recruitment across multiple cities simultaneously.
- Be comfortable handling payroll and employee-related inquiries.
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and be able to manage multiple priorities.
- Be able to work independently and take ownership of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Experience working with frontline, hourly or field-based teams is preferred.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Brand Ambassadors, Team Lead Ambassadors and City Managers.
- Post jobs, source candidates and maintain recruitment pipelines across US markets.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews with Operations Managers and communicate with candidates throughout recruitment.
- Work with Operations to understand staffing needs and support hiring for new market and campaign launches.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide hiring updates to Operations.
- Own Brand Ambassador onboarding, track completion of documentation and onboarding steps, and follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure new Brand Ambassadors are ready for training and deployment, and respond to onboarding questions.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and records of active, inactive and rehired field team members.
- Support Team Lead Ambassador and City Manager onboarding, and coordinate administration for Brand Ambassador-to-Team Lead promotions.
