Requirements

- Clear evidence of career progression.
- Track record of excellence across more than one domain, including building, fixing, and leading initiatives outside your specialty.
- Experience leading teams of 10+ people, either directly or across functions.
- Comfort with extreme ambiguity and full accountability for outcomes.
- Ability to set your own brief when none is provided.
- Fluency with AI tools in daily work.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead company priorities by defining problems, building plans, executing them, and reporting outcomes.
- Identify growth and revenue opportunities across product, go-to-market, and partnerships.
- Assume full ownership of standalone functions, verticals, or teams, including turnaround situations.
- Recruit and lead high-performing teams, setting high standards for output.
