Requirements

- Personally vet prospects before referring them.
- Prioritize high-quality referrals over referral volume.
Responsibilities
- Refer qualified prospects to TWF across HR Advisory, PHES, and GovCon.
- Make warm introductions by email, LinkedIn, or phone.
- Track referrals using the standard Affiliate Tracker.
- Earn a percentage of contract value when referred engagements close.
