Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Marketing, or Healthcare Operations
- Demonstrated success building and managing partner relationships
- Proficiency with CRM or partner management platforms
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing
- Knowledge of marketing automation or form-building tools like HubSpot, Webflow, or Typeform
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or telehealth preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of referral partners
- Lead partner onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management
- Design and optimize intuitive referral workflows
- Create partner-facing resources including onboarding guides and training documentation
- Monitor referral activity and conversion metrics to drive growth
- Represent the organization at networking events and conferences
- Collaborate with Marketing and IT to enhance partner experience
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to streamline workflows and analyze data
- Maintain accurate partner information within CRM systems
