- Design and scale hiring infrastructure (application systems, interview rubrics, templates).
- Review grant applications and support active programs like SPAR, Pathfinder, and Generator.
- Shape organizational strategy and design.
- Build relationships across the AI safety ecosystem.
- Build out Talent Commons database for ecosystem partners.
- Support grantmaking for Kairos Funds.
