Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, agency environments, or similar settings involving both selling and delivering client work.
- Demonstrate success selling and closing consulting, advisory, or professional services engagements, including six- and seven-figure opportunities.
- Have experience with pricing, proposal development, deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and executive-level consultative selling.
- Build pipeline independently through outbound activity, thought leadership, speaking, account development, and relationship expansion.
- Work collaboratively with established sales teams to originate and close opportunities within enterprise accounts.
- Have led AI, digital transformation, business transformation, or technology-enabled organizational change in complex enterprise environments.
- Bring hands-on experience with current enterprise AI assistants, AI models, agent platforms, and related tools, including demonstrating prototypes or practical workflows.
- Understand AI capabilities sufficiently to scope solutions, evaluate vendor claims, and identify when specialist technical delivery is required.
- Facilitate executive discussions, workshops, working sessions, and transformation initiatives.
- Understand change management and the people side of transformation; formal change management experience is strongly preferred.
- Bring commercial and business acumen, including understanding of rates, margins, delivery economics, cost of acquisition, and P&L considerations.
- Manage multiple enterprise accounts and partner workstreams simultaneously; travel up to approximately 20% for client and internal meetings.
Responsibilities
- Own AI transformation business from initial opportunity through sale, delivery, account expansion, and long-term client success.
- Qualify, scope, price, propose, negotiate, and close engagements while carrying a bookings target.
- Build and maintain a pipeline through executive outreach, speaking engagements, thought leadership, named-account strategies, and existing relationships.
- Partner with established sales teams to identify opportunities in enterprise accounts and coordinate co-selling.
- Lead client discovery and advise executives on business models, operational friction, workforce dynamics, and AI opportunities.
- Facilitate executive briefings, AI integration workshops, and team working sessions to identify and prioritize practical opportunities.
- Map team workflows and develop first-stage AI prototypes or workflows in client environments.
- Lead change management to help teams adopt new ways of working.
- Direct technical delivery partners and maintain accountability for scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes.
- Track commercial and delivery performance, expand accounts, and document repeatable sales and delivery approaches.
