Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, treasury, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in treasury transformation or comparable treasury-focused transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, global treasury or banking integration projects.
- Strong understanding of cash management, banking structures, account frameworks, and treasury operating models.
- Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with regional and functional stakeholders.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
- Experience with HighRadius preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and onboarding of a new primary banking partner across approximately 140 international locations.
- Coordinate treasury activities, project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks throughout implementation.
- Assess and standardize treasury operations, cash management processes, banking structures, and account frameworks across jurisdictions.
- Partner with regional treasury, finance, accounting, and banking stakeholders on bank account setup, rationalization, connectivity requirements, and operating model alignment.
- Drive treasury transformation initiatives, including process redesign and implementation of target-state treasury practices.
- Lead change management, stakeholder communications, governance, issue resolution, and adoption efforts.
- Identify operational challenges and coordinate with stakeholders to support timely resolution and project delivery.
